Still others experience community violence or war. The spectrum may be broad, but the symptoms are specific. Flashbacks, nightmares, anger, jumpiness, sadness, dissociation, difficulty finding joy or maintaining solid relationships….. Trauma literally has the ability to impact every, single aspect of your life. Healing from your pain is not easy but it is possible.
